A series of drawings that were created during the winter season 2016 and presented at Galerie.Z in Hard from February 9, 2017. The exhibition was accompanied by a limited edition publication, in which the individual pictures were again arranged to form a "meadow of flowers".
Minimalism in the use of lines with simultaneously renouncing the reproduction of perspective and shadow aims at capturing the idea of an object and its spiritual content with a few brushstrokes. The softness or hardness of the line and the depth respectively brightness of the stroke are supposed to reveal the essence of things. What is left out is often more important than what is depicted. The realisation of this "idea" requires a maximum of concentration, but is then carried out quickly, safely, and swiftly. (...) In this way leaves of captivating clarity and elegance were created.
